Coronavirus Update

At the date of this updated statement (7 January 2021), as a manufacturer of life safety electronic products C-TEC remains fully operational and is continuing to follow the latest Government guidelines regarding COVID-19.

The health, safety and well-being of our workforce, as well as fulfilling customer demand, continues to be our top priority.

With the tightening of the UK’s lockdown restrictions, we have had to again temporarily suspend the ‘hands-on’ product training courses we hold at our Challenge Way headquarters. We are however able to offer online alternatives to customers with pressing demands – please contact your account manager for details. May we also remind you that we have a host of online CPD certified courses that may be of interest to people working from home.

For the time being, unless for the purpose of collecting or delivering goods, we are still requesting that visitors refrain from visiting any of our sites unless absolutely essential and always by prior appointment.

All visitors must:-

  • Comply with government guidelines surrounding isolation and self-isolation prior to attending site or coming into contact with any of our staff;
  • Comply with the government’s social distancing, hand-washing and hygiene precautions if visiting any of our premises;
  • Refrain from close personal contact, such as touching or shaking hands whilst coming into contact with any of our staff.
  • Complete a COVID-19 declaration form before entering any of our buildings – this form will be forwarded to you by the person you are liaising with regarding your appointment.

Our plans are being kept under regular review and updates will be provided through C-TEC’s dedicated account managers, the company’s website at www.c-tec.com and via our social media channels as the situation evolves.
